Sleepbandz headband ordered 3 Jan. Supposedly delivered 21 Jan (why so long) but it was not. I was sent photo of someone else’s doorstep!
I have emailed several times but get no reply. This is a terrible company, possibly a scam. Avoid at an all costs. There are plenty of good alternative products available.
UPDATE; so called customer service emailed to say a replacement would be sent (after insisting that I had received the first one). Ten days later, no despatch email; no further contact.
Just avoid this company.
UPDATE; After several e email exchanges and another aborted delivery I have now received a FULL REFUND🎉🎊🍾 on 9 March. Happy to have resolved this saga but won’t be dealing with them again! 🫣

1. I ordered the sleepbandz (headband with headphone speakers) on 22 May 2024 but they didn’t arrive until 14 June.
2. The quality of the earphones is poor and far too low volume to be of any use when, eg, walking or running, or trying to sleep next to a snorer or on an aeroplane, as you can’t hear anything above the ambient noise.
3. I sent an email immediately on 14 June to the gmail address provided, and got the following response the same day:
‘It sounds like you have a faulty SleepBandz I can either refund or replace it ???’

I have since written back 5 times requesting a refund. No response.

What now? Very dissatisfied.
