I have bought this a few years ago and was so happy with the product i decided to buy again. What a mistake i dont know whats happened but it is nothing like my original. Its inferior filling and inferior quality. Im pretty embarassed as i recommended to a friend now shes wasted her money on this cheap nasty crap.
My parcel went missing. It took 16 days to track it down.
It turns out the company had not put the full address on the parcel so was sent to the post office.
No reply to my email informing them of their mistake. Poor form.
I had a Snug Hug and absolutely loved it so when they came up on sale I bought another. I finally went to use it for the first time the other night and was horrified to find it was NOTHING like the original! It had large sections with no filling at all, including the section where you lay your head. It's now found it's way in to the bin. Never again.
Scammy business. I don't know if they are Australian. Certainly can't find an ABN. my parcel went missing and they sent me a generic brand worth half the price but refused to refund half and wanted me to do all these silly things to get a refund and rebuy.
