These people are prejudice and they pretend like you can get an account and they have all these reasons in your status in why they won’t add you as an influencer to their scam of gifting products and free labor. This is a crazy thing since anyone can be an influencer and they shouldn’t legally be allowed to discriminate on who gets to review products. Not to mention it’s not a job every-time you make money at for your work. These are unpaid jobs you have to take the time to create content for their company for a gift most of the time. This is a form of slave labor and if they are just gifting products that is more like a reimbursement not a pay check. Since they can’t guarantee you even get paid, they shouldn’t be allowed to discriminate in who uses their service as it’s not a work for hire it’s reviewing products. I actually am an influencer and have many followers and they denied me. They look at different things all discrimination of your profile and what your status on individual platforms are. I didn’t upload all my platforms only Instagram because I primarily use only Instagram for my posts about companies products. Oddly enough my product reviews are at 💯% approval and typically my content helps new companies sell out of their products. This company is basically the worst influencer company and highly unprofessional. I am connected with many other better companies and plenty of brands. I wouldn’t recommend this bull crap Social Cat, they are complete garbage. I am posting reviews about their discriminating process for generating influencers everywhere I can.

It’s a scam they just want your details and then you’ll be inundated with spam.
They will take all your information then claim “they are unable to approve your application”

We recently signed up for this service and decided to pause it for now after a few months of use. When attempting to cancel the subscription, the option presented was "Delete account?"—a confusing and misleading prompt, especially since there was still active time left on the subscription. This phrasing seems designed to discourage cancellations, which feels like a deliberate effort to retain users through unclear communication.

While I may still use the service for the remainder of my subscription period, I strongly encourage the company to reevaluate its user retention strategies and prioritize transparency. Clear, straightforward options for managing subscriptions are essential for building trust and fostering good business practices.

Accidentally ended the trial (it wasn't very obvious that it would start charging). Reached out to ask for a $99 refund. Never replied.

Everything about social cat is great. Being a content creator, they made pairing up with brands, and brands finding me or vice versa faster and smooth sailing. I love that they do follow ups to I completely appreciate that gesture. I love social cat.

This company helped me get my feet off the ground as a new TikTok and social media affiliate. They helped me every step of the way and I have continued a very lucrative and enjoyable experience with the company and their clients I have worked with!

I used The Social Cat for 3 months to try and get some traction with my online store. I paid hundreds of dollars to use the site. I sent out hundreds of dollars in products. I didnt get a single sale in return. It was a total waste of time, difficult to use as well. The creators on the site seem to just want free stuff and they put no effort into creating effective content. They ghost you, and you will also spend a lot of time chasing them down begging for them to follow through with the contract. Social Cat needs to be more selective with who they allow on the site as a creator. It was an awful experience. I worked with over 15 of their creators and only about 20% of them followed through with the agreed content. Few of them even linked my store to their post that was lacking in any effort. I would suggest staying away from this site and find your own influencers. It will save you a lot of time and money.

The worst company to send off your products to influencers! They said we can do a trial of up to 5 people but we couldn't get the content because they cancel your membership if you don't pay over 150£! What a scam ! I want my products back! Scammers

It does the trick at first, but not enough influencers, actually always the same ones are shown to you. In addition, the support is only by email and take days to answer, if any response. You might be able to do one campaign, but that's it. And be ready to be on your own since the app is very buggy. Oh and their team will cancel your membership weeks BEFORE the end of billing period, causing the loss of access to any of your contacts in there. I'm still open to work this out, as long as Social Cat reach out and give us back access. I'll keep this review updated to let people know how Social Cat will handle this.

Most of the contents are poor quality and I've had 3 creators who ghosted me after I sent my products. The company support team also ghosted me when I've asked for help with those creators. Essentially I think this whole company is not worth it.
