I don't think it's your fault

I don't think it's your fault, you dispatched my clubson the 15th, Evri informed me that they had received them, on Tuesday 16th they said there was a problem, it's now the 20th and I have still not received any information about my missing clubs.

Hard to get a response from them

Admittedly I ordered wrong product but immediately after ordering tried to contact via email and telephone but no response until 5 minutes after item despatched 36 hours later.

Always great service

I have used Sports HQ for many years, although not for a while due to personel circumstances. My recent order (last week) was received within 3 days of placing the order. I have always found the service and quality very good.
