I ordered the Star Stick with extra cleaning pads and Cleaning Kit. I only received the Star Stick n pads. I have emailed you 2x and have received no reply. Either reply or reimburse me or I will post on your Facebook page my complaint.I ordered because you had good reviews and made in Australia. Very bad customer service!

I think this product is great for when you want to do a quick freshen up only negative I'd have to say is that I'd love the pad itself to have abit of texture/roughness to it for those hard to get bits...but all in all LOVE IT.
