Chris provided me with a great stove recommendation along with details of how it would look in a false chimney breast that his installers could create. Mike, Dan and Simon worked hard to build and install everything. They were polite and so helpful explaining fully every step. They were very clean and tidy and left my home how they found it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot praise this company and its staff highly enough. From the first telephone enquiry to the installation of my superb flame effect gas fire, I was in the very best of hands.

Another, once excellent Nottingham based company had now sadly deteriorated to the point where a third placed gas fire order had been largely neglected for six months.

Out of sheer desperation, I telephoned The Fireplace Studio showroom, where I had a long conversation with Andrew who out of sheer decency, was able to locate the true and precise reasons for the delay of this order and instantly gave me peace of mind.

Needless to say, once furnished with the proper information, unhesitatingly, I then cancelled the previous long awaited, neglected order and placed another with The Fireplace Studio.

Their service is efficient but unhurried with everyone taking care to ensure the satisfaction of choice, safety, individually tailored needs and advice.

The showroom itself is a beautiful, calming, non-pressurised environment with highly informed staff to advise. Appointments are always on time, telephone calls and emails rapidly responded and their aftersales care, is second to none.

At each level, every member of staff provided a dedication and expertise of which they can be proud.

The Stove and Fireplace studio in Ilkley are simply amazing. I am not sure what more I can say. From coming out to survey our home in Sheffield and quote for the install of a multi-fuel stove to installing a great looking 5kW stove; everything was done with the upmost professionalism. The workmanship is just brilliant, the guys (Andy and Tom) who came to do the install worked like troopers, in fact, they worked so hard, they had completely done in 5 hours. Before leaving they gave a quick demonstration of how the stove worked and which vent settings should be used for wood vs smokeless solid fuel. They even brought a selection of lintels for us to chose from. Great value for money, great workmanship, incredibly professional and they even called a week later to check everything was ok. The invoice was clear and there were no hidden extras. I could not recommend them highly enough
