Slow to dispatch and some items out of stock by then, pleased with items i did receive though. Postage once dispatched was quick. Asked to rate each item in the order afterwards including the items i did not get which seems a bizarre request for those.

Fellow Autistics - Boycott these bigoted rogues!
Floor staff in the Castlehill store were inferiorly ableist x2 when I went to collect the kilts, then, as one of them was too small, took it back for a refund, then as the purchase was made online, it ruled out that we were not eligible for one, which stunned me to the core where their attitudes towards mum and I plus the sensory elements in the store were contributing to sensory overload, it made me suffer a full blown meltdown, which has impacted on my mental health too! Autism, nor any disability matters to this company, their staff are bunch of heartless, capitalist rogues!

I received 1 pack and was told i would receive a refund for the items i didn't receive.
So i needn't have shopped with you and spent my money elsewhere.
As you couldn't carry out the order i had asked for.

Can’t comment on the garment brought as my order still hasn’t arrived, but when questioned in an email they were quick to answer and also let me change the delivery address. Customer service is quick just not the delivery.

A packing issue meant that our first order was slightly damaged in transit. Tartan Weaving accepted this even though I wanted to return the item and refunded me no questions asked? They then even gave me a discount on the replacement and our daughter absolutely loves it. What great service. Highly recommended
