I am always updated and communicates constantly regarfing my order.Though I have yet to receive my order,the transaction is easy and choices are easier to tick.

The seller is accomodating and answering every question. I’m waiting for the package time delivery, that’s hinder me to rate 5 stars.

There are times that there are slow replies. And hopefully, there would be more efficient way of ordering/purchasing from them

Very unresponsive! :( huhu and also lagpas 1month na yung order but no update, oks lang naman ma-late basta may update pero walang nag rereply. ☹️😭 I hope you can improve this.

Fast transactions

Im still not sure whats the difference between the two but it seems like ordering the same item from different platforms like amazon is the fastest way to get it on its release date. I might consider the aforementioned platform next time as well.

Bought an item and was informed that it was out of stock. It’s been 2 weeks since I asked for a cancellation request, and no one has answered my email. I messaged on their FB page as well, but I received no response still.

I’ve been seeing multiple people with the same concern… These should be a priority since it is an error on your end and you’re holding our money (I paid using online payment).

I'm back. I placed my order on the 30th of October 2022 and I've only received it now (Dec. 17) which was frustrating at some times, especially for someone so eager to get that package as soon as possible. While it did take a long time, the item is safely packed and in good condition and I can assure you that it is 100% original (not a counterfeit thankfully). The seller is well-responsive and usually responds in 30 minutes to 2 hours give or take. I will definitely order again someday, however, I do wish for a change of speed in their processing/shipping (It did take 48 days). With that, Merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year! smooth transaction via website, securely packed when i received it

Transaction process on the website is easy to understand and very well modified to secure the order.

The vinyls were delivered on time and no damages. It was safely packed with bubble wrap, to a point na ayaw ata ipabukas sakin yung package, ganun kasafely packaged yung vinyl. Thank you so much

I have not receive my item yet
Bought it dec 4. Changed the courier from ninjavan to lbc and paid extra for it

how come the delivery is not yet fulfilled?

I placed my orders online last Sunday December 4, it’s now December 10 Saturday almost a week since I placed my order which was already paid for and I still haven’t received my items. Nor did I receive an email notification stating the items had been shipped. This is such a frustrating customer experience.
