The timber group had the product in stock and it was competitively priced.
Delivery was good and the delivery driver was very helpful.

A comment relating to the website- I required specific lengths of timber cladding for the project I am undertaking but the website does not inform you what lengths are available. You have to phone the depot to ascertain what is available then record what you require in the comments box when placing your order. The acknowledgement I received did not confirm that I would be receiving specific lengths of cladding, just a total linear metreage. I had to ring the depot for confirmation..

Building my own workshop
I’m building my own workshop and the guys in store were helpful and happy to negotiate a discount for the price. A Saturday delivery was available that fits around my work schedule making the first of many purchases a pleasant experience

Great service
Easy to order. I needed to change delivery date twice and Dean was very accomodating. Lovely delivery driver who was very helpful. This isn't my first order so I can state just as good both times.

Overall good
Easy ordering process, good communication. Good price. Swift and friendly delivery. Not so good, the timber had been badly loaded and two planks of cladding had broken in the middle. Clearly happened when being loaded. Also timber was very wet which meant the tongues in the t and g had swelled making installation more difficult
