DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Paid a lot of money for two sets of bifold doors. Very unhappy with the quality and even more unhappy with the response and unwillingness to help. The doors were installed in 2022 and they are saying that there is no warranty left on them - 2026 not 2036!!

Rude response to my builder and didn't even have the decency to respond directly to my letter.

I will be taking my grievance further.

Supplied not only defective products…

Supplied not only defective products but also incorrect ones. Continued to supply unacceptable replacements, taking weeks to do so. Specified delivery dates were not fulfilled. The costs of the independent fitters doubled as a result of all this, for which they took no responsibility. Hours wasted in communicating with them. Avoid.

Ordered a door at some considerable…

Ordered a door at some considerable price paid for up front, when it turned up it had a handle cut out on slave door which wasn’t meant to be there, reported it back to them and they wanted to send the stuff for me to change over the door and put it right and get it out in a couple of days, said I would rather you collected the doors and bring them back correctly made thanks, they then replied it would take some time to set up a collection, I said you can make a delivery for me the sort out your in correct door but it takes ages to get them collected for you to put them right, a bloody joke how they take no responsibility when things are wrong and expect the customer to do there work for them
