Don't be fooled by their marketing

Don't be fooled by their marketing.
the 12 month program does not set you up to be an independent wedding photographer. They don't adequately teach many of the skills needed, only those from 10-15 years ago that they can do. And this does to include flash photography, adequate marketing, modern website and social media management etc.
In fact, the whole place is just aimed at getting you to spend money.
You will end up with a portfolio of the same models they have been using for over a decade, so when you go to a wedding fair (if you can get in, they don't tell you about these difficulties), you'll have exactly the same images as other photographers and potential clients thinking one of you must be a fraud.
On their 12 month program, the three 'real' weddings you get to second shoot are actually weddings where their clients have PAID to have a second shooter. That's right - you pay for the privilege of shooting with them, but the clients have paid for a trained second shooter as well.
They have no diversity in terms of photography gear.
They rip off others' ideas.
They are essentially a big money-making machine, charing ridiculous amounts to set you up for failure.

I wish there was a list of all of those who have attended their course and actually work as a full time wedding photographer - probably about 1 in 100 if that.

Watch You-Tube videos from a range of photographers to get a far better education if you want to be a wedding photographer!
