I normally buy digital ticket but this time I bought my rail ticket with travel card.
This meant tickets were collected from ticket booth to use for multiple destinations on the day.
The ticket issued worked once at the barrier and then it was deemed useless after that! I was stopped at every barrier there afterwards.
Twice there were no attendees which was such a nusiance and inconvenience.
Next time I will buy my digital ticket and use my banking app at the underground.
The discount offered for one day travel card was not worth the trouble.

Terrible company,
Terrible company,, when i was told my appointment in Edinburgh had been put of i tried to cancel my tickets, only to be told they are non refundable. I am 75 years old and cannot afford to lose this money. I am disgusted.
Very hard to obtain refunds
The train was late and trying to claim compensation was so very difficult on the phone. I have no idea how to generate a pdf from the ticket in the email on my iPhone and have no access. Why can’t delay refunds be automatic or at least fully integrated into the software so it can be done in a few clicks. It seems to me that it’s designed that way to stop people claiming!

Booked 2 trips,one of which was for York but I wanted to go via Leeds,the site used to have a via option but doesn't anymore.i always found this really useful.i had to book 2 journeys fir this trip.other than that I have always been really happy
