Booked for 21 people to airport never turned up not answer phone calls. £750 promised to return money never did scammer stay away from this company

Booked a 24 seater minibus to take my son and 23 others to leeds/bradford airport at 10.45 today for his stag do to benidorm,the bus didn't turn up,no call,e-mail nothing,tried ringing for an hour but no answer,after waiting an hour had to ring taxi's to pick them up,we paid over £700 for this,obviously pick up from the airport on return will again have to be taxi's,absolutely disgusting,please do not use this company,a minus would be given if possible,fuming.

Through one of these sites an invoice was issued with fake details and 11000 EUR was paid for a 10 day coach tour: After the second payment all lines of contact became dead.
In the process of reporting this to Police and Cybercrime authorities.

Please do not use this company. We have clear evidence of their unreasonable and substandard business practices, and have raised complaints with Trading Standards in order to investigate their operating practices.

Some of the positive reviews require a further look, especially the coach outing to the races, when there were no races scheduled for that day.

I have used the uk coach hire to go to ascot races driver was on time and very helpful on the day .

Thanks to the team for handling our transport needs from London to Manchester in less than 2 hours notice!!

I have booked a 16 seater minibus with driver to go to Liverpool very happy with service thank you uk coach hire Ltd.

I'm a minibus driver myself. The UK Coach hire company contacted me to cover an emergency last minute next day job for them as they were stuck.
I did as they were stuck with getting the job covered. I also charged them a reduced rate to what I normally charge. They still underpaid me £75 despite us agreeing the amount which again was less than my normal rate. I found out from customers they made over £250 for passing the job onto me yet paid me less than was agreed.
I've tried contacting them afew times by phone, text and email and not getting a reply.
If they pass you work on don't do or atleast take full payment first or dont bother covering any work for them.

Minibus did not arrive for hen night journey Nottingham to Liverpool despite being booked for over ten months & confirmed the day before.
Totally unreliable. When we phoned to ask where the bus was we were told repeatedly they couldn’t get in touch with the driver & his tracker was switched off!!!

Avoid this company at all costs! Booked this company for a festival, stated this when booking due to the amount of luggage we were bringing. A week before we went we were told we had to pay an additional £1200 for ‘extra storage’ on the day they turned up with 2 16 seater minibuses with no storage. They were then loaded unsafely. On the return part of the journey we then told we had to pay an additional £200. We have contacted the company via phone and email about a refund for the £1200 we paid for extra storage and have received no reply. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Take your business elsewhere

Do not use this company!! Our local club Booked a 56 seater coach to take us to a play off final in London, setting off at 7am on the Saturday morning, returning Sunday after the game. Email sent late Friday night( no phone call??) To say there was no bus available now as it had been involved in an accident.Emailed again to say the money would be back in the clubs account within 7 days but now 3 week later still no refund! Police now involved..

Unfortunately I had to rate 1 star as it doesn’t allow me to rate 0. This company is a SCAM and should not be allowed to operate and take peoples money anymore. We had a coach booked to transport people from a hotel to our wedding. 45 minutes prior to pick up we had a call to say they couldn’t pick the guests up as the coach had broken down. Obviously being the bride and groom this caused and untold amount of stress which we didn’t need at this short notice. They had no interest in finding alternative transport, they did however assure us that the evening pick would be okay. We managed to get the guests to our wedding on time thanks to the grooms son and friends and family. Come 11pm low and behold the coach does not arrive. No notice to say they weren’t coming, no one was able to contact them despite having over 20 calls from ourselves and our guests. They even blocked one of the numbers. After a stressful amount of phoning around taxi companies which in the middle of Dorset is almost impossible to get, we found one taxi who was willing to make 5 separate trips ferrying our guests from the venue to the hotel. This company almost cost me my wedding day and it ended in tears as I felt I had let my guests down. I will do everything in my power to ensure that they are no longer able to operate as a company and do this to other unsuspecting people. These people prey on people and take their money with no intentions of providing a service. Their families should be totally ashamed of how they are making a living by making other peoples lives hell, shattering dreams and memories

Booked a mini bus through this company to take 11 of us to the airport at 9am and collect us again when we arrived home a week later, at 8.35am on the day phoned us to say they couldn't make it due to the minibus having a warning light come on, phoned back to say he could get another minibus to us at 11am which would of resulted in us arriving at the airport to late, we had to take 3 cars and pay for the more than the coach would have cost in parking. They did refund our deposit.

Booked a minibus to take us to an event. Due to be picked up at 6.15pm and called us at 3pm on the day to tell us the bus had been in an accident and that we’d be better off booking taxis. I told them this was unacceptable and that I needed them to find us another coach. I got a call back in 30 minutes from the accounts team to say that he had been told to give me a refund as the bus was having technical issues. Completely ruined our evening. Stay away from this company.

- Booked the coach to arrive 30 minutes after the agreed time making us 30 minutes late to the event
- Blamed 'traffic' for the delay, when the coach driver told us he was told the wrong time by the booking company
- Advised us to wait on a street that coaches can't enter, and then blamed us for waiting at the wrong place
- Insisted there was a road closure and we had to return 30 minutes early from our event and sent the return driver 30 minutes early, but was actually looking at the wrong address and there was no road closure en route
- Called the organiser 'problematic' for calling to confirm booking times are correct the day before the event, and for calling twice when the transport was not there for 30 minutes after the agreed time
- Told the organiser that they are used to dealing with much more 'high profile' companies
- Very unprofessional, will stop replying to you and answering calls as soon as you've paid the money
- Much more expensive than other companies, but have very poor and unprofessional service
- Still has not addressed the issue or provided any explanation or refund
