Ordered a pin, got confirmation etc but delivery date came and went...got in contact no reply.

Still no contact from the company but I did receive my item today after months of waiting. But that's not all! I had to pay because they didn't pay enough postage!!
I placed an order on 20th August as this website claims to give 100% of their profit to on-ground charities in Palestine and that’s a cause I want to help. As of today, 10th September, I’ve still not received my order. I have sent multiples emails, DMs on Instagram, comments on their post and I’ve been ignored.
I’m hoping this is not a scam as I would hate them to used Palestine as an excuse to get money from people.
If you have no stock, at least update your customers?
