My experience was flawless
My experience was flawless! As other reviews have said Rob is a true gent, very patient without a hint of salesmanship and ensured my purchase went smoothly - it was like dealing with a friend! On my side the purchase wasn't as straight forward as it should have been, yet Rob, unwavoured by this always remained on hand for any questions or support. I only purchased a single bottle below the four figure range and yet I felt like I got the same level of service as someone spending 5 figures or more! The bottle was a gift for a friend who really appreciated it and I'll be forever grateful to Rob for his hand in that gesture! I'll be recommending The Whiskey Source for years to come!

Highly responsive and helpful customer service
The buying experience was seamless start to end and an example of the great customer service that sadly nowadays is often not the standard! Robert answered my questions, provided guidance, shared product images and even reassured me when I suddenly panicked that the packaging may have branding all over it that may ruin a surprise gift if accidentally seen on arrival! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
