We’re The Wood Look, a small family business in Stourbridge run by James and Sam. Since 2017 we’ve been engraving personalised wooden watches and bracelets, in walnut, oak, ebony, sandalwood and olive wood. Engraving is free on our quartz watches, and you’ll always see a preview before we engrave anything. The ordering process & delivery was very efficient. The watch looks amazing in a beautiful presentation box! I ordered the Edinburgh watch for my husband, who has a love of watches & woodwork. My husband was delighted with his watch, it needed adjusting to remove a few links as he has a very small wrist , but he managed to do this easily, he loved the design and the weight of the watch, it was well presented in a beautiful wooden box, and we didn’t have to wait too long for delivery.

I’m really sorry about this. It looks like the link adjustment tool was accidentally missed from the watch box, which is a simple human error on our side, but I completely understand how frustrating that is when you need it to adjust the watch.
