I ordered a kinetic watch for my partner for his birthday, it arrived on time and looks fabulous. We both understand the nature of using a kinetic watch, though this watch is not keeping time throughout the day. When he enquired as to support to understand this or as for a replacement, we were told to send a video of the mistiming, this does not make sense ?! So we are now left with a fabulous looking watch in a box that does not work correctly and the a birthday present spoiled. will not be using your service again.

I'm sorry but a kinetic watch should NOT lose time while it is worn, as it should be kept wound while moving, this is the nature of a kinetic watch.
As for the re-sellable issue, one cannot be expected to wear a watch with the plastic cover still attached and the strap at wrong length!!!!!! When one purchases a product , you would think that it should be in perfect working condition. Very unhappy with this service, I will NOT be recommending this or any product to anyone. Really disappointed with the service and treatment on this. Especially when the company ethics on replanting trees etc was the reason why I chose this product and company....... # not impressed.

Upon checking our email discussion we advised that if the watch is not worn through the day it will lose time eventually and advised if it kept losing time when not worn then to get in touch with examples. This is normal for any kinetic watch and you then need to set the time. You advised that you wanted a watch you didn't need to set the time on and asked to return it. Which we accepted providing it was in resellable condition. Fantastic find.
Looking for something different for my husbands birthday and what a gem. Great product I bought a beautiful watch engraved in a beautiful box, also oil and cloth to keep it looking its best, easy to order arrived on time good communication .
