The WVH delivered the panels within…
The WVH delivered the panels within days, not weeks, days of ordering them and the quality is exceptional.
This was first attempt to install anything like the the acoustic, slatted wall panels and they were easier than I could have imagined or hoped for. These panels were installed in two wine cabinets with floating racks and look stunning! So much so, we just ordered more panels to cover the wall opposite the cabinets in our wine lounge for a true MCM vibe.
If you’re considering this aesthetic in your home….JUST DO IT!

When I received my wall panels they were packaged well with not damage which was great. I was pleased with the quality of them all. I put them up with ease and followed the directions. My wife and love them!!!!

Your products are good but your…packing sucks.
Your products are good but your packaging and shipping requires more attention. I have ordered many items from you and all of them come in with thorn packing and sometimes with the edges broken.

Overall - customer service was flexible and very happy. I would give 4-5 stars for that. What I am not happy about, they charge $15 for a bag of 27 screws. For my application I need 75 so that would be close to $45 in screws. Although they refunded me for the bag, they should have a more reasonable price and I would be happy to pay for a box. Now going to home depot for screws.

They’re being installed right now and…
They’re being installed right now and they’re beautiful. We chose the light oak with the light grey felt over the ubiquitous black felt. Works perfectly in our room. The option of ordering extra long pieces eliminated the need for horizontal seams. A major plus. We will be adding more slats to other areas of our house. Plus the customer service has been excellent. We originally received helpful advice and tips when ordering. There was a minor issue with one of the many boxes on the extra long pallet. It had a tear. The delivery person took pictures and noted it. I called WVH and reported it and they were extremely ready to solve any potential issues- there weren’t any. Great service and top quality product.

Deceiving Product
Wall nice until I discovered that none of accessories that I ordered fit the wide slate wall panels I ordered. Did not say that anywhere on the site, not pn the panel page, not on the accessories page. $25 shipping back plus 25% restocking fee. Absolute bait and switch. Now stuck with a blank slat wall.

The panels are beautiful and the wood…
The panels are beautiful and the wood grain and color are perfect. It doesn’t have shine so if that is what you want, prepare to stain them. The varied length is good but the width I wish it was a little bigger or wish they sold one panel since I had to buy a whole pack to get a piece of one.
