Very unprofessional agency and people

Very unprofessional agency and people
I have been contacted for an interview after I applied for a job.
They came to me asking for a availability for a first interview. I had to chase them for many days to get any response to get an interview scheduled.
No excuse from their side. Worst agency I've ever worked with.
Very unprofessional attitude from their recruiters!!!
Don't attend to much from them once you have been contacted.

Terrible candidate experience

Terrible candidate experience. If they can't provide their own candidates with a good candidate experience how can they ever advise or consult other companies or clients on improving their People and Culture processes. Failing at basic HR, I would not recommend.
