Great Products, we ordered some personalised keepsake boxes and they were engraved and dispatched within a couple of days, we had then at the end of the week and they were perfect for new born gifts we were giving to our friends. Compliments galore on the unique gifts, definitely getting our xmas gifts from here as well

Ordered items received, but image of item I bought was incorrect, contact made and they do not reply to emails or reply numerous phone messages left.
Paypal dispute opened to try and recover monies paid.
I had to purchase items else where as wasted nearly 2 weeks of my time and the favours needed to be made.
didnt send the products we ordered but sent 'free' accompanying product, which had tracking information. when we tried to get money back with paypal they used the tracking and delivery of the 'free' product to claim they sent everything. so we could not get our money back, and received no product.
