I ordered cartridges for my printer over the phone on a Tuesday afternoon and they arrived the very next day. Great service along with helpful and friendly staff too. Highly recommended.

I am a little disappointed of late with…
I am a little disappointed of late with the delivery of the refill cartridges. We have told them to deliver them to the Nursery door and they keep being delivered to school, so we have been told they have been delivered but then it turns out that they hadn’t been delivered at all. Also we used to have someone collect the empties but this has not been done this time. The actual product is good and the printer is fab.

We have just been chatting about it in the office and we are contacting the courier company to see if we can get their couriers to read the delivery instructions we provide. But to ensure you have no issues next time, we will deliver your next order ourselves and we will also pick up your empties. I hope that is all ok and we will get this resolved.

I have found that leasing a printer…
I have found that leasing a printer from Think Rethink is a great way to have a printer and not have to worry about it. All you have to do is add paper!
The engineers are on the end of a telephone line to help put things right if they go wrong and will be out the next day if they can't fix it remotely. I have given 4 rather than 5 stars because being a bit further away from Hereford means that sometimes it can take a day longer to fix something - but that is just a location thing.
