Third Eye is recommended by consumers on the Which? website and has a gold-star NSI rating — and after getting them to take over maintenance of an alarm originally installed by Capstan, who were taken over by Banham, we could not be happier.
Unlike Banham, Third Eye offers genuine customer service. They are helpful, clear on pricing and offer great value for money. Third Eye's maintenance charges are considerably lower than Banham's and they charged us only £24.50 to replace a part Banham attempted to charge more than £130 pounds for — nuff said.
