Like many, I was a part of recent layoffs in the tech space. While scrolling through LinkedIn I came across a post from Khero Witey about a position I was interested in. Over the next few weeks Khero and Kassidy Woytech gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with recruiters. I was given constant communication, tips, and overall encouragement even after signing my offer letter. Could not recommend these two enough and would happily use them again in the future.

Just another recruiting company. As always, all the recruiters are more interested in making their own call quotas, they will push the candidate to go into a call in order to "explore" his/hers skills (regardless of the fact they ALREADY had a file for that candidate with his/hers skills), just to show off their internal managers that they are "working". I'm wondering, are they being paid by the call or time spent in the call? Best if avoided and treated like the rest of the recruiters.

I have been worked with MANY agency’s and recruiters and Kassidy with Third Republic has been the absolute best. I felt extremely taken care of in every step of the interview process and she surely went above and beyond to ensure I got what I was looking for in a new role. Haley Fitzpatrick from Third Republic is a great recruiter. Recruiters are there to recruit the best and the brightest. However, it takes a special skill set to know the technologies for which you are recruiting. Not only this, but also extreme patience, listening skills. During my market process, I worked with Dillon from the Third Republic. I was hired after him. Thank you very much. I've been looking for a new project right now and I contacted Dillon directly. Third Republic was awesome at bringing great opportunities to the table that fit my interests. They were always responsive and available throughout the hiring process to answer all of my 5,000 questions.

I had been in the job market for a little over a month when Chris reached out with several opportunities. Unlike other recruiters I had been working with Chris didn't ghost me or leave me hanging. In fact within 3 days I had an offer that I accepted. Even after getting the offer and starting in my new role Chris has continued to check in to see if I had any questions and to make sure I'm happy in my new position.

My recruiter Daniel Frost went above and beyond the call of duty. He kept me informed on all activities and got all my questions answered in a timely manner. I was working with several recruiters and no one came close to his level of service. Ultimately he found the company I accepted the offer. They were the right fit for what I was looking for and vice versa. Dan got to know me and knew what my goals were. I am very pleased with the result.

Fantastic experience working with Haley as I explored the job market most recently. She was very attentive and encouraging as we looked at options.
