I really appreciate when small things could be better , the staff take feedback seriously. There is really quick follow up, for example in relation to some members and guests ignoring the no phones in the sauna. It really makes a difference from your voice being lost in a mega organisation. I sometimes go to other third spaces but feel that most lack the personal touch of Marylebone. I always leave with a contented bounce in my step.

I’ve had such a positive experience with the team at Third Space Marylebone since moving from Canary Wharf in 2024. Recently, it has been especially lovely getting to know some of the newer team members - every visit leaves me with a smile on my face, and it’s always something I really look forward to. The team are consistently motivating and supportive, making the whole experience feel truly worthwhile, and I’d like to especially thank Nathan, Ben, and Noemie who always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to be around.

Clean, luxurious, excellent gym with so many classes to choose. Class instructors are excellent, facilities are top-notch. Lots of locations around town!

Friendly team. Good atmosphere and good swimming pool facilities. Has sauna/steam and usual gym equipment. Smaller than some but that helps with the friendly personal atmosphere. I use it regularly as a result.

I recently joined Third Space Marylebone this month, and I have already been fully impressed with the gym facilities and members.

My personal trainer, Charbel, is very professional and highly knowledgeable in fitness training. I train with him as a PT every day, and I already feel a significant improvement in my performance this month.
Other members of the gym are hardworking and conscientious. In particular, Marcos (the housekeeper) always works very hard; he is essentially everywhere, sorting out everyone's needs.

I like the personal locker and laundry service, as I do not have to bring any of my used gym clothes home; everything is clean and ready for me to train in the morning.

I am so happy I joined Third Space Marylebone—I should have joined much earlier!

ELEANOR concierge supervisor is first class Top girl, always smiling, greets you even when she is Tied up with other customers, Classy girl.

Third Space Marylebone is exceptional. The facility is spotless and beautifully designed. Every detail — from the equipment to the changing rooms — is thoughtfully maintained and consistently high‑quality.

There’s a great variety of classes, which are purposefully designed. The instructors are what truly elevate the experience. They’re knowledgeable, motivating, and clearly passionate.

If you’re looking for a premium fitness club that delivers on every front — atmosphere, classes, and expert coaching — Third Space Marylebone is absolutely worth it.

The club is very well organised and very clean, the stuff extremely professional and kind. A great offer of courses and personal training. The offers for travels with yoga and suggestions for nutrition are great. A wonderful club which fits perfectly in our modern world...well done... I enjoy every minute . Thank you !

I have been a member of Third Space Marylebone for the last 9 years and frankly I could not be happier with this health club. For amateur athletes looking for a place to train seriously with like-minded people, it is a particularly good option. The PT team are very much best in class and great motivators: particularly enjoying the Wattbike, Core 45 and Treadmill sprint sessions. The new facilities are outstanding and with the refurbishment now fully complete, it is just getting better and better. Highly recommended if you live or work in the area.

Love third space Marylebone, always very clean and has a good variety of classes. The instructors are so helpful and attentive. Special mention to Eleanor on the front desk for always being so friendly, smiley and helpful. One of the best front desk staff who always makes you feel welcome and adds a personalised touch to the service.

This review is on Third Space Soho, not Marylebone. Agree with previous comments, 5 star price for a 3 star product. It seems that there has been a huge influx of members in 2024 resulting in overcrowded changing rooms, now almost impossible to get a locker, with 10 man queues for the showers in the morning. Waiting to see if the manager responds to my complaint after 24 hours. This was and could be a great facility if membership was managed fairly. If I didn't like my trainer, Joe, I would now move elsewhere.

Lovely staff and high quality PT. But It’s not a great gym - very small, limited equipment, and doesn’t have the luxury feel of other Third Space gyms. If you’re local then use Fitness First or PureGym Marylebone as they have superior gym equipment at a fraction of the price.

I think Marylebone Third Space should have its own significantly lower price bracket, or the space should be sold to another franchise with a new Third Space opened in the area (with larger floor area). When viewed alongside the newer clubs in Moorgate, Wimbledon etc the £245/month (for group membership) feels pretty ludicrous

Thank you third space Marylebone for a great gym. Even though the gym is small it has everything and it feels cosy. Great instructors, helpful front desk and thank you to the cleanup crew for keeping the locker room & studio room always clean. My only disappointment at the moment is the ac that hasn’t been working or not working properly in the studio room. It can be really tough without ac. At the moment all the vents in the room do not work. Also what is happening with the lights in the studio room? Thank you Ross & Seb for listening and solving the problems.

"I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with getting on classes. They definitely are popular and people set their alarms to ensure they remember to book. The dedication of people to always get their spot on the popular classes always inspired me."
There is no clear sign for members not to bring their children to the sauna ( even 5 year olds ), children under 12 left in the swimming pool unaccompanied, new members take selfies and videos in the female changing room. The management has been informed, in contrary they are prepared to go that far with false allegations just in order to keep the membership of the offenders.
The instructors are genuinely nice, equipment generally good.
Small and crowded space.
This gym is only interested in your money.

It's unfortunate that you've encountered issues with class bookings and other aspects of the club.

We did discuss the booking aspect of classes, and as I said, we have an ever increasing amount to be in line with demand. We will continue to align our offering with our members needs. However, the popularity of our classes does mean that members book as soon as the class opens on the app.

It's great to hear that you found the instructors and equipment to be positive aspects.

I'm sorry that we parted ways after having to revoke your membership under section 10, subsection 10 and 11 of the club rules.

Further to the above review I enclose communication I had with the Thirdspace - Marylebone. The Marylebone management would resort to any means - false accusations, lies, manipulation in order to make the profit and that is all they are interested in.
