worst experience dealing with them , i had to contact citizens advice , before i understood what the law states about customer and company disputes , terms and conditions or company policy is not constitutional law , if you have problems with a company with good standing just contact citizens advice they will help you get your money back in good timing you dont need to follow an unprofessional companies timeframe

Best exchange rate on the market - followed the link through MoneySavingExpert and followed all the instructions. Asked for small denominations as predominantly using for tips and they did not disappoint! Arrived next day via Royal Mail Special Delivery in exactly the denominations we asked for. Great service, thank you!

Rude customer service agent at the kings cross branch. I arrived at 6.45pm and was told over the phone that my currency was in stock. In fact it wasn’t I had wasted my time even going there. When I tried to make a complaint he wouldn’t allow me to and kept giving me rubbish. Will never ever use these again and I am a regular customer as well!!!! Avoid these people like the plague. Awful and dreadful customer service!

Such a rude and liars working in this branch,
I ordered some money online and called them to make sure if they accept Amex for payment and the guy told me they do accept, but when i went there the older gent treated me rudely and. Said they don’t accept amex and accused me of lying , this behaviour is not acceptable and I would raise my complaint to the main office.

Your rates are sooo bad!
Currently the exchange rate GBP -> EUR is 1.16
Thomas exchange offers an exchange rate of 1.25 !
It’s simply ridiculous.
Many others offer exchange at 1.18 currently, Thomas exchange got so bad

I used the Buy Back postal service, with Royal Mail insured, as I am not in London. I emailed them to say it was in the post and they responded politely, with the useful advice it is not necessary to reserve it on line first, as MSE seem to say, just send it.
TE got it safely next day. They acknowledged it's arrival, by email. It was in my bank account the next day. Result!

The best currency rates I can find in London, it's best to order online beforehand to get even better rates!

We visited the Oxford Circus branch as they were open Saturday. We had a large sum of foreign currency to sell, the staff were very courteous and professional. The paperwork was done at the counter and we were invited to a secure private booth for the transaction, we were given time and privacy to count the sterling cash we received.

Thomas Exchange consistently offer better rates than elsewhere and are always number one on the the comparison tables such as Moneysavingexpert! They buy and sell nearly every world currency even to my surprise many unusual currencies such as Ghana Cedis, CFA Francs, Serbian Dinar etc... They also offer great rates on their international money transfer service.
