I have just purchased a property in Bicester,
I found the property on Thomas Merrifield site, arranged a viewing, was impressed and amazed to get viewing the following afternoon. As a visually impaired person I was again impressed at the way I was treated by staff who did everything they could to assist.
I made an offer which was accepted and once again team Merrifield were on hand to walk me through the process, Glyn was a tower of strength he understood my sight made it hard for me to see forms and he gladly accepted the responsibility of form filling. Reading out and explaining every thing as he went.
Any questions I had were answered and although I have heard it many times that moving home is "stressful" I can honestly say that thank's to Glyn I did not experience stress. The sale was completed 28/10 and I would like to say that I have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Merrifield as an estate agency "with a heart"

Finding a professional estate agent who offers service beyond writing particulars and putting the property on the various property portals can be difficult. Some, once the house is under offer, just leave the solicitors to deal with things, leaving the vendors not knowing when they are likely to exchange.

Having instructed Thomas Merrifield in Witney as a result of having viewed a property with them some time previously, I already had a good impression of how professional they are. Throughout the process the whole team have been highly professional and I could not have asked for better service. They kept me informed at every stage and were always prepared to go the extra mile and make calls to find out where we were in the sales chain.

The staff all saw my property and got to know about it so when a prospective buyer asked questions they were able to provide answers.

Nick at the Didcot office could not be bettered for being patient, helpful and very professional, I 100% recommend the Didcot office to anyone.
