Dirty jewellery boxes

Whilst the items themselves are nice, the packaging I received them in was dirty (the jewellery / presentation boxes). I reached out to Thomas SABO straight away, explaining that I intended to use the items as gifts. I had purchased gift wrapping too. Customer service didn’t even reply (this was 10 days ago). Proceed with caution.

The company have since sent replacements boxes in response to this review. Replacements were a fair resolution and have made the bracelets presentable as gifts.

Beautiful charms

Really pleased how easy it was to order these beautiful charms, they arrived safely well packed in gift boxs.

A love affair thats going to get out of control... now gone to pot as store closes, crazy...

The change to two stars is to do with the additional review elements at the bottom of this review...

On this occasion (my point is quite funny and what I did) I was walking in Central Milton Keynes and saw the sign at the door saying up to 50% off Selected Items... Well, I simply couldn't not go in, pleasantly greeted by the manager of the store, whose name I have shamefully forgotten, but its like friends would do. So the door sign got me in, talk about those items of which none were of my liking, they then mentioned items at 30%... as I glanced around at the men's items on the back wall, saw this (wearing right now) incredible obsidian and golden tiger's eye bracelet. It didn't need any persuasion whatsoever, I purchased it, The point being, the sale boards and chat got me in and ended up buying an item at full price. Just goes to show how delightfully dangerous & contagious Thomas Sabo men's jewellery is. My point is a positive one, as the bracelet looks fantastic, totally ME, so thanks for that TS CMK.

As for the store as a whole and letting you know of the recent direct feedback they wanted, he's what I said...

An already exciting mix of great products, incredible offers & prices, all topped off with truly fantastic staff/team at Milton Keynes, since I've started to visit, for me its really hard to stay away everytime I walk past. Glad I went in all those months ago... Thomas Sabo MK is the store that helped me break my virginity to ear piecing, can't be thankful enough for not making mountains out of mole hills, calm and collected, the procedure was perfect. I now have an internal affiliation & male love affair with Thomas Sabo, plenty of items that suit my liking, Many Thanks Richard Evans

As of today 29/03/2026, Thomas Sabo store Milton Keynes has closed, talk about not happy at all, closest is Watford & Birmingham, I mean who do TS think they are telling me this, I know it seems unappreciative, but I'm not going all that way to buy my products, and sadly will I not shop online.

I can imagine the UK management are fairly small in numbers, being in business myself, thrashed as to why the store closed and I can only come up with CMK rates have sky rocketed, killing our shopping centre, I discovered TS neighbours in MK are also closing in a few months having asked them questions.

As for TS CMK, I sorry to say TS has lost my business and I can tell you reader/TS management, I'm no the only one. The staff in the store were part of the fabric of the shop, oftem popped in, chatted and purchased and I was becoming more regular too, such a massive shame, should not have closed this store, Birmingham & Watford are 45mins-1hr in either directions, so CVMK is slap bang in the middle, I'm sure they had a good turn over considering, but why close the store, should neveer have done it... Plus my business knowledge serves me, that the poor staff in the store, where given very little warning, talking days, not months, I seriously hope the serverance package plus interim consultancy for career migration is award to all the MK staff.

SUPERB!

SUPERB!! my 1st ever purchase was made 2 weeks ago. Absolutely loved the bead bracelet, moreso, my buying experience was faultless. Debbie, my assisiatnt was AMAZING!! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and charming, making it a fantasticthe buying experienced. A true asset to the company.

Excellent service

I was in the Braehead store to make a purchase and the young guy who served me was very patient and helpful. I was quite undecided about which bracelet to buy but he took plenty time to show me all the choices from what little information I gave him. He is a credit to the company.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Bought a watch in store, was told I had a 2yr warranty. Watch broke after 2 days, later found out it was B grade and I apparently had no warranty. Emailed customer service and never heard back. Such a big scam, awful company, rude lying staff who try to take advantage of you

Great customer service at the lakeside store The store manager Gabriella was extremely helpful in choosing a gift for my nieces 18th I will definitely be returning to this store leaving with some great ideas for future purchases. Over the top

I love my Sabo charm bracelet and am always on the lookout for new charms. My newest one is a pink guitar, and it looks great. What I'm not impressed with is the packaging it came in. One single charm should fit through the letterbox, but this was far from the case today. May I suggest that you work on using more compact packaging?
