Noah is still arguing with me about a…

Noah is still arguing with me about a huge leak in our dining room almost a year after the work was done to replace our roof. He simply will not accept responsibility and will not accept that there was no leak in our dining room before. I should not have to pay for this. He did work at 2 of my neighbors and both were not happy either. A pleasant young man when you meet in person, but when he goes away, calls are not answered and promises are not kept.
