The courier had some delay and therefore there were some broken stems on the flowers.

Seeds wouldn't grow after 2 attempts of planting then one came up looking very sorry for it's self, I made contact through the website with no response after a few weeks I found a customer service e mail and re made my comments still with no response, they don't seem to care they are selling rubbish seeds, I even added batch numbers and dates.

Hi, I recently made quite a big order but unfortunately it never turned out great, the flowers and fruit which I bought a a lot for my dad for Father’s Day was half dead on arrival which was very late & in this hot weather the whole order came by courier which was not good everyone I’m sure knows what couriers are like, I had to moan and ring the alot for my order to come which came all different days, when I rang the garden company they said it should all be fine but if Not to let them know I never heard from them even to check to make sure I got everything this order was over a £1000, I got everything in the end which most was half dead, I was a bit upset as my dad was looking to receiving all these plants and flowers, I’m quite sure the garden company never sent them like this but surely with such an order should be delivered a different way.
Great experience ordering and receiving plants etc from Thompson and Morgan, arrived in good condition and well packed

One of the four hanging baskets I ordered did not look healthy on arrival (fuchsia) and soon after the plant was dead. I contacted T&M and they immediately offered to refund me. Great service.

After a bad experience and not ordering for a couple of years, I decided to take the plunge on the potted 3l dahlias order number SO016997361
1. The dispatch within 24 hours- received the plants after 7 days
2. 4 of the 6 plant pots where upside down or on the sides with squashed and broken branches.
3. Roots from 3 of the pots were completely outside the pots
4. Size of the plants were disappointing, measured 4 ins from soil and looked disproportionately small against the 3L pots.
5. No labels on 4 pots so I have no idea which variety of dahlias.
6.plants looked dry and leaves were brown and shrivelled.
7.I have repotted the dahlias and watered them on arrival and hoping they will recover but do not have any high hopes.
8. Wish I could upload photos in this review but can’t see where unfortunately .
Would I order again after being burnt again. I think not, time to learn my lesson and order elsewhere.
Disappointed as T&M used to have a good reputation many years ago.
healthy plants. I have lost a few due to having a bad back and not being able to plant them all, with all this heat some of the poor things died, Not TM's fault, mine alone! my main complaint is I cannot find my £5 vouchers that I should have got when I re -joined this spring

I order climbing petunias and normal petunias every year without fail. I order for a few of us, we all have two towers. Thompson and Mrgan are very reliable, other companies are hit and miss. You receive an email when a delivery is due to be delivered, this is helpful and enables you to prepare or find a neighbour to recieve. They are packaged really well and always arrive in great condition, Customer Services are really helpful. The plants grow beautifully and provide a beautiful show every year. ❤️

I only received half of the pre-planted hanging baskets I'd ordered because the remaining ones where out of stock, despite the order being confirmed when it was placed.
The boxes containing the pre-planted hanging baskets that I did receive were marked "This way up" but apparently this didn't mean anything to the courier.
I'm now trying to salvage the mix of compost, plants and baskets that I received, that look like they've spent time in a tumble drier.
May be Thompson & Morgan could try sending plants out to the families of their own management team, ideally across the country, to see what customers actually get when they order.

I have had 2 orders this spring and summer and the plants were so small and damaged that I threw them away.
Easy purchase hassle free quick an efficient,would use again

Received 2 lemon sherbet hanging basket. Arrived in very poor condition and most of plants dead. Also ordered a lot more garden plants. Most wilted. I have planted them 4 weeks ago but they are dying and not thriving. I will not be using this supplier again. Waste of £200 !
Everything was as advertised arrived in good condition
