I was wrongly advised by this company they keep you hanging on for 3 weeks until someone looks at your case, you get ignored and then when they finally look they drop you like a lead balloon.

At the time I was advised if a scar stays approx 6 weeks then I have a case after 3 weeks a scar is clearly visible and it will stay.

A very unprofessional company do not deal with them.
