Absolutely hilarious cards

Absolutely hilarious cards! For a range of all ages and all sense of humors! Always got a little promotion going, and best of all. Order once and you get a yearly email reminding you of your loved ones birthday and asking if you'd like to send a card! Very thortful indeed!!

A great company

I’ve used Thortful a number of times for birthdays valentine’s and anniversaries. The quality is always good well packaged and always arrives on time.

Rubbish. Cards have not arrived a week after ordering

Ordered cards on 7th April. Now on 14th April and they have not arrived. Rubbish. Will never order from this company again

Your order was sent with Royal Mail First Class, which should be a next day delivery service, however, occasionally orders can take up to three working days. We're so sorry that this wasn't the case.

Great quality, great price.

Easy to customiase orders and plenty of options to pick from. Something for ever occassion. Delivered right on time, great quality, great price. Have used a lot before and will continue to use.

Disgruntled

When I initially used Thortful they were fine, however, sadly that has not been the case on the past 3 occasions. I will not be ordering again as the do not deliver on time, leaving me feeling guilty for not giving the recipient their card on time, or having to buy and deliver a card myself.

The whole purpose of me using their service is to avoid this, as I am often away from home.

Very disappointed...

Ruined birthdays

Unfortunately a terrible experience from start to finish.
I ordered two cards and a bunch of flowers for family members with birthdays a day apart. My mistake was ordering flowers because although I had left enough time for the cards to make it in time, the florist apparently isn't around on bank holiday weekends (I found out after getting in touch)...maybe pick a florist that is or have an alternative option for these times.
This meant the whole bundle was going to be delayed and go past their birthdays. I got in touch to ask about the issue and was told I had to cancel the whole order and start again if I didn't want the flowers. This seems ridiculous but the staff at this point were informative and quick to respond.
I was given the option of asking to cancel the order by 4pm that day, if that is what I wished. I did not email back asking to cancel, figured better to just leave it as is and hopefully when the cards/gift arrived it would make up for delay. Additionally I live abroad (which I had informed them) and so the time difference does not help with responding.
We get to almost a week later and the gifts have not arrived so I check back in. They then inform they never put through the order and kept it on hold because I didn't say I wanted the order. To be clear, I was never asked to confirm about keeping the order, I had already paid, I had only ever been told to email if I wanted to cancel.
No one thought to check in during the week to see if I was aware the order hadn't been sent and if I still wanted the order to go through but they were very happy to just hold onto my money.
No real apology for the fact they completely wrecked my plans for the birthdays. No apology for the fact they tried to blame me when this was their error. They have now left me waiting again with no response after I asked them to get this sorted asap and respond to me with how they would rectify the situation.

Mistakes happen, people can then tackle it, make it right and give good customer service and keep a buyer on side. They chose the opposite.

I love this app

Paid a little extra for first class and it came super quick. I love how easy it is to seal the card inside the envelope. Good for people with bad handwriting bc u can just type the message up before receiving it haha. For my nans birthday I got it sent directly to her house with the card already in the envelope, for my dad’s birthday I just sent it to me and did it myself. Very easy, will be getting my cards here from now on.
