Ordered product on December 18th, it’s now January 18th and still haven’t received it.

Ordered my gear Dec 21. I haven't gotten confirmation of delivery. Might be fraud. I'm going to give it another week then report it.

Item took over 3 weeks to be delivered even though it says 5- 10 working days.
When it did arrive the size is extremely small and the quality is terrible. I
Could have bought better on from a market. Cheap Chinese rubbish I'm affraid. Wouldn't buy from here again.

We're initially slow to respond but I did receive a 100% refund.

Great customer service and very helpful, they are the reason for 4 stars. Unfortunately my item didn't work for me, but it seems like they have plenty of items to choose from that could work for you!

Order never arrived and poor customer service

The item was delivered but not as described or pictured. They have clearly used an image stolen from a high quality product and then produced a poor quality copy. I paid £50 for an item probably worth £5. Company claims to be based in the USA but after doing some research, they only have premises in China. The item delivered does not match the images and is of very poor quality.

Refund refused as apparently it was a sale item. They refuse refunds on sale items. But you will notice how the vast majority of items on their website as “sale” items.

This company is clearly as scam company. I would advise against all purchases from them.

Requested an exchange for a different size, and it was sent to me free of charge within a couple of days

The shipping was very slow. Took several weeks for delivery.
The tank top was much much shorter than any of the sample pictures, does not completely covermy wife's chest making it unwearable.
Would not recommend.

Haven’t received product yet, will update review when that happens. So far the shipping process has been very sketchy. When your order ships, it requires you to download the app shop to track it. However the tracking they provide shows as “we couldn’t find tracking number”, and when you click the tracking number in the email provided it is a site in all Chinese and you can’t tell what it says. The website said to allow for 5-10 business days, it shipped 12/13. I know they still have time based on that window, but being able to track it’s status would give me peace of mind.

I ordered a set over 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t been told it’s dispatched. I have contacted them though Instagram and via their website and haven’t heard back at all. Very poor service and I have no idea if I’m going to get the product or my money back! Told a friend about the site so he could get his GF a present. Already told him not to bother now

My girlfri3nd loved the set. The robe/jacket part felt soft. Same with the pants. They fit her like a glove. The top, however, doesn't really match the size of the bottom. It was too small based in her size, which was disappointing.

You completely lied about shipping time! I would give you negative stars if possible! It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still don’t have my order! You keep blaming customs…. I feel like I got scammed by you guys! Absolutely terrible and I would never in a million years order anything from you again!

Great quality clothes! Girlfriend says they are super comfy and practically lives in them now. Even though it came from the other side of the world, it still came in time for Christmas, unlike ordering from a shop in the next town over...

I ordered a jacket in 3xl, when I received it in the mail it was so small it didn't even fit my 12 year old son let alone a 31 year old women. There was no tag on the jacket just a sticker on the actual bag . Will never order from this site again $90 I will never get back.

Product quality is poor. And no even close as good as presented in Instagram ad. Please stay away from buying this clothes.

These guys rock! Ordering was easy. The product arrived soon enough, it was just as described, and fit as expected.

Purchased a pair of leggings and unfortunately they were a size too small. Customer service had no issues with replacing with the correct size. Would highly recommend Thread for their customer service and products
