I purchased a handful of dresses on cyber Monday and I am very pleased with the customer service at every step. Before making the purchase I inquired about the possibility of returns and exchanges and received a prompt response which made me feel confident to continue. I received my package in New Zealand in 3 days! The international shipment was with DHL and I tracked it the whole way. Everything was wrapped securely, folded perfectly and in paper.
I'm having a size issue and made a comment to their info@ by email. Again, a very prompt, helpful, friendly reply. I'm a huge fan of the brand, I remember struggling a couple months ago to load pages on their website but if that was a hiccup, they're definitely all swell now.
