Do not rent w Thrifty - dishonest!!

Just rented a car at DCA WASHINGTON REAGAN. I had a reservation and she unknowingly charged me for an upgrade i didn’t ask for. When i questioned it she said the difference was in taxes which it was not. Then she said i was charged more because my reservation was at 3 pm and it was 345. that also was a lie. i waited in line for a half an hour. there was one person who was in training helping people who didn’t know what they were doing. Do not ever use Thrify they are dishonest!!
