High quality products but slow service
The products that they offer are very well priced and of high quality. The only thing that they need to improve is their service. My order took almost a week to be processed and dispatched by their team which is a long time. Besides that, I would recommend them due to their high-quality products and competitive prices.

High Quality products but prepare to waiting a bit more for your order.
Order bolts kit and spring at 2 of January . Today (27 march) my order is full arrived.
Nothing to say around the big quality but for have the best things U must accept to waiting a bit too much.
By the way the contact with Scout was ready and kind also when I was hungry for late.
In fact I promise him to rewrite my review and so I ve done.

2 stars for waiting time
I can apply a reasonable 3 stars.

Ti-Springs was an amazing company to work with, i truly didnt know what to expect from changing my spring to titanium but i can tell you that it was a very noticable difference and i am not just talking just the weight. TERRIBLE company!!!
TERRIBLE company!!!! They have no urgency in processing your order whatsoever! You can literally wait months for them to post items, as described in other reviews of the company, not just here, but all over the internet! After phones calls, Facebook messages and e-mails asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded (none of which were ever replied to), I received a random e-mail saying it’s been dispatched. HIDEOUS company! And in their refund procedure, it states that they won’t offer refunds unless the item is damaged…. Absolutely AVOID using this company at all costs!!! How it's still around is beyond me.
This company is an absolute disgrace to the Mountain Biking Scene.
Refund Policy copied and pasted from Ti-Springs 06/03/2018:
"We welcome returns with good reason – Items which are broken/faulty/incorrect can be sent back for a full refund. Please note that under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), there’s no legal requirement for us to provide a refund if the buyer simply changes their mind."

I am fully aware that we did not fulfil your order on time and want to personally apologise to you for this. We have learnt that we need to improve communication to avoid any disappointment and frustration for our customers and are working hard to do this.
With regards to our returns policy, you are allowed to return your order to us as long as the product is still brand new and un-used in it's original packaging. There is nothing stated on our website that says otherwise.

Got there in the end
I bought a KMC SI bike chain from these as I found them the cheapest,
the chain got delivered quickly it came in a padded envelope but not in the manufactures original packaging also half of the quick link was missing, as this chain was in silver I wanted the correct silver quick link so after two emails I finally got a reply, the guy made his excuses for not replying to the first email and went on to say he would post out a new link, This was on the 6/4/16 and it finally came this morning 16/4/16
