0121 Event in Birmingham

I purchased VIP tickets for the 0121 event in Birmingham on Saturday and Sunday 5 & 6 August. We didn't attend on Saturday, as it rained all day and when we attended on Sunday, as I did not receive a confirmatory email, I could not enter the VIP area. The email address displayed on the website is not valid, as my numerous emails have bounced back. When you call, you are notified that the phone is not manned. Basically, your money is taken and if anything goes wrong, there is no one to help you with your query. I would definitely NOT recommend this company at all ... do not waste your money, as you will not get a response. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would - they are a load of rubbish.
