We have bought a tickets for the Alhambra Card for the 23-04-2020.

Vanwege corona ging het niet door. Nu nog steeds nooit een terugbetaling ontvangen! Schande!!
Mijn email komen nu ook weer onbestelbaar retour.

Terrible

Terrible. Purchased two tickets for a Twizzel car to use in April 2020. Obvs got canceled due to Covid. I have email loads of times, with NO responce.

Tickets from Feb 2020 Barcelona pass

Tickets from Feb 2020 Barcelona pass. No refund despite repeated follow up. 120 euros lost as flights were cancelled?.. Now we travel to Barcelona and i sent e-mail few weeks back to ask to get the cards at least, no reply. Horrible to have to pay again for this?!

AMSTERDAM TRAIN TICKETS

I PURCHASED FOUR ROUND TRIP TRAIN TICKETS IN AMSTERDAM FOR MY DAUGHTER AND HER FAMILY. THE TRIP IS SCHEDULED FOR MAY, 2021. THE TRIP HAD TO BE CANCELLED BECAUSE THE EU WILL NOT ALLOW USA VISITORS INTO THE COUNTRY. MY DAUGHTER EMAILED A COPY OF THE TICKET AND THE REASON SHE NEEDED A REFUND. TICKETBAR SAID NO REFUND BECAUSE THE TRAINS WILL STILL BE RUNNING!

28-10 still nothing. No email and no money. Very bad service!

Zeer slechte ervaring. Hadden tickets Seville City Pass gekocht. Met toegang tot Alhambra, Seville Cathedral en Alcazar. Hebben geen enkel ticket ontvangen. Op herhaaldelijk gestuurde mails geen enkele reactie ontvangen. Verder geen mogelijkheid tot telefonisch contact.

Kindly Offered a Refund due to Covid

The lovely lady from Ticketbar offered us a refund when we told them we weren't able to travel due to Covid. Really appreciated the service and assistance. Will definitely book again in future when able to travel back.

Really attentive

I was very satisfied by the Ticketbar service, unfortunely we must cancel our travel cause the covid sanytaries' restrictions. The service was very comprehensive about this situation and they do their best to find a better way for us.

More money is charged than what they advertise.

They charge me more money than what they initially let me believe. It seems they don't include the service fee of PayPall when showing you the final total amount due.

I complained and asked my money back. Which I got within 10min.

Now going to buy my tickets somewhere cheaper.

For once, a client-oriented company !

We rate 5 stars because we had huge problems during our last trip due to the pandemic and Ticketbar was really client-oriented. They refund our tickets, even if they do not have to do it. Besides, they reply very quicly when you have a problem. For sure, we will be loyal to them and we will buy new tickets for our next trips. Thank you to the all Ticketbar team to make our life easier.

Very fast solution of a problem

I had a problem with the detail of my tickets (the time of the visit to an attraction) and Gina (from TicketBar) and the Colosseom helped me to fix the problem in a very quick and friendly way.
I would higly recommed TicketBar to anyone.

Neuschwanstein castle

We made reservations for Neuschwanstein. our guide was Amir. We arrived in time, but on the wrong date. Amir made arrangments and we could visit the castle including the tour. Very professional tourguide. the tour itself is worth every penny. Thanks Amir!!

Very prompt and communicative. Would book with Ticketbar again.

Unfortunately as we were unable to travel due to the COVID-19 situation, we had to cancel our visit to the Keukenhof Tulip Festival. Ticketbar were amazing. They advised us by email that they would process the refund immediately and emailed us when they did. We actually missed seeing the refund on our bank statement as Ticketbar had done it so quickly. I would definitely book with them again.

Brilliant service and prompt response to (Covid-19) refund request

Brilliant service!! We unfortunately had to cancel our holiday to Italy due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. Ticketbar answered all email enquiries promptly and refunded our train tickets on the Leonardo express between Rome Airport and Rome City with ZERO FUSS! Our other train tickets bought directly from Trenitalia, however, are still not refunded 2 months later. In future I will only use Ticketbar when we re-book our holiday for next year.

Lost 60EUR with Ticketbar Tours

Bought 4 tickets for the St. Peter's Basilica Express Tickets. I received an email for the invoice (which has an additional 9EUR Booking fee-which was absurd but we have no choice, it was a next-day purchase). There was no email where to get the tickets. I asked the guards in the Basilica, they do not know the company or any of the tour guides under the company name and told me it could be a SCAM. in their website, the "contact us" link gives the corona virus update and no other contacts. no email, no phone number. So in short, I gave them 60EUR for nothing. Cannot contact them and we were not able to go inside the Basilica. Be careful.
