Ticket Club is a membership site for tickets to concert, sports, and theater events. Members save money on tickets to the events they want to see, with low prices and no service fees. It's similar to Amazon Prime, Sam's Club, and Costco - except for tickets. We offer our members tickets without any additional service fees, which are added fees added on (typically at checkout) by almost every company in the industry. These fees constitute most of the profit of many ticketing sites, and can raise the price of tickets from anywhere from 10% to 30% or more. We don’t charge those fees, and the first price members see on our site for a ticket is the exact same price that the ticket will be at the end too. The only other charge (aside from the tickets) is for shipping, which is variable depending on the shipping method chosen. Our ticket prices are all at Club price, but you don’t need to be a member to see those - anyone can buy tickets from our site, members just don’t pay service fees.

Ticket Club is simply the best
Ticket Club is a wonderful ticketing service. They are an honest and reputable company. I purchased tickets for two events: Lady Gaga and the Backstreet Boys for Las Vegas venues including the Sphere. The seats were excellent and reasonably priced. The tickets were guaranteed to be legitimate, which they were. They were easily transferred to my email. An additional bonus was because I am a veteran, I payed no fees whatsoever unlike other ticket companies. I highly recommend Ticket Club and will be buying more tickets for difficult to get events in the future from them.

Only site with no fees and no inflated prices to cover “fees”. Always price match them with other sites and 95 percent of time, yes 99 percent of time they are cheaper than any other site out here. Try and see and thank me later.

Good customer service
I appreciate the fact that you had customer service reps who were willing and able to solve a problem with my tickets (and patient enough to put up with my twice daily phone calls until the issue was resolved). Of course, it's always better when things go the way they are supposed to and customer service is unnecessary!

It is important to remember that we are a live marketplace and all orders are requests until confirmed by the seller, which is outlined in our policies and accepted when finalizing the request. Sellers are obligated to take the first order they receive for specific ticket listings and any other requests are declined appropriately and clients informed.
