Do Not Use This Company They Will Let You Down. Despite paying £700 for two tickets to the FA Cup Semi Final and the money leaving my account. The tickets never arrived even though I was in touch with them the day before an assured there was no problems. Not sure if this a scam company or not but will see if I get my money returned. I will post daily so that anyone thinking of using these clowns is aware of the risks.

Spurs vs Luton Town

I would NEVER use Ticketgum again. Buyer beware. We went to the Spurs game and when we arrived we saw that the start time Ticketgum provided us was an hour later than the actual start time so we missed the first half of the match. To be clear, we spoke to Tottenham’s customer service and they confirmed that the time had never changed. This was very simply Ticketgum providing the incorrect time, not a time change. As if that wasn't bad enough, they had "supplier issues" which caused them to provide us with seats at a much lower quality than those we purchased. We reached out to Ticketgum and they could care less.

This is not a quality organization and I would avoid them at all costs. If you have any issues with your purchase, they will not help you in any way shape or form.

We had some issues around pairing tickets and they went unresolved until 2 weeks after the event. I had to contact them many times but they did provide some refund. Overall, we did agree but my experience during the match was impacted greatly by the misfortunate distribution of tickets.

Took my two Sons to the Tottenham vs West Ham game. We had the best time! We did not get to sit right next to each other but all sat very close. The best part was listening to all the fans cheer on their home team. Can’t wait for our 2nd game this week on Thursday.

Best Ticket Shop for Premiere league games i have ever worked with !

Be careful!!! I paid for Long side gold 3 seats together (one by side, which I paid 105£ additional) for Tottenham game.
They sent me the tickets just 2 hours before the match, only 2 seats together and the seats were located on the top up of the stadium (the worse seats ever). Very dissapointed.
After all of these problems, now we have problem with the refund.
Better you go for another homepage. They are not professionals and they promise things that later they don’t comply.

Hard to give an overall assessment, as so many concerns. Please see the below list:
Nice to have interaction with ticketgun during match day, felt like I was being cared for
Despite many chats tickets did not arrive until 30 minutes before kick off.
I paid for premium side tickets. Was very very disappointed to be sat goal end.
Part of the premium ticket was access to nice bars and food. Not available with the tickets supplied.
Was sat in the family section.
Seats were not together. Our tickets were 10 seats apart. We booked 2 tickets was expecting 2 next to each other

So overall not satisfied with what ticketgun sold. I live in California, brought the premium tickets expecting far more than ticketgun supplied. Not sure I would use ticketgun again or recommend your services. If asked i would say where I got my tickets from but list out all my concerns.

Ticketguns availability to listen to my concerns on Saturday was nice, but they delivered nothing

Worst Experience in my life buying tickets, I bought 2 tickets dore the match Liverpool vs Brighton since November, the match changed the date and I was not able to attend, they offer 70% refund, while the tickets were at least 30% higuer, I asked per my tickets, and hours previous the match they just told me that they will not be able to fill my order…. They never answered despite I tried to contact them several times!! Without luck!! They just dont want to attend me!
I never accept the refund, I asked per my tickets and you told me, un Fortunata in not going to be able to deliver, dont change the story, I bought Those 5 months previous the match, and you just the said “we are not going to be Abel to deliver”

It was a amazing experience and everything worked perfectly. The service was perfect.

The process was a little nerve wracking from the purchase until the end. It’s about having faith. Coming all the way from Colorado to watch a Liverpool match, we hoped the tickets were legit. We received our tickets an hour before the game, which had us on edge. Some came though via email, and two other tickets were a physical delivery. Ticketgum was in contact with me from beginning until the end and even followed up with me a day after the match to make sure we enjoyed the game. The representatives at Ticketgum increased my confidence every step of the way. They are a legitimate ticket agency. I will use them again for future purchases.

Brought tickets for Spurs v Crystal Palace. Ticket’s always arrive on time, staff are contactable. This is the most reliable site l have used for purchasing my tickets and will continue to use them. So far, so good!

Outstanding and high-end service. The premium price on the tickets is fully justified. On the one hand you get great seats to exclusive events. On the other hand the sales team works hard to take your seating preferences into account, even if you need 5 to 10 tickets. I highly recommend and will never even try to go see somewhere else for my future events!

5 stars because they upgraded us to the Liverpool "Premier Club" Package which included seats in the Executive Section of the Upper Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand of the recent Liverpool game at Anfield against Manchester City which was amazing. I was very nervous because the tickets didn’t arrive via email until the morning of the game but they did arrive and I had great communication that morning with the Ticketgum team who were very responsive. I wished we got the tickets earlier because it is very stressful waiting to make sure there is no problem. Also, it would have been nice to get an email letting us know that the match had been rescheduled from Saturday to Sunday and at a different time because we were flying in from the US and I didn’t discover the change until the week before and had to change my tickets for hotels, trains and planes! It was not ticketgums fault about the change and our tickets carried over but email notice would have been nice once that date change occurred. Overall- it is a legitimate service and they came through for us!

At first I was scared to buy the ticket, after buying it I chatted with their customer service rep. They assured me I will get my ticket 3 or 1 day before they match. Finally it came in via email I downloaded it and off to d game. Arsenal vs Brentford 2:1
