Communication was ok. Purchase of tickets went smoothly. Not applicable in my case, but excellent that resale of tickets was organised via the site. One star lost, but not sure if that is even a TM... See more

Ticketmaster app not available in Belgium. Seriously?

All good except for the stress concerning the tickets. The Ticketmaster app is not available for Belgium in the Google App Store! This is beyond unbelievable.
At the show I had to open the browser to show them the tickets. No idea if they would have accepted print screens. Please fix this.

I missed two first singers

I missed two first singers, becuase
You forgot a simple point and it raised a huge problem for us (as audience), if you mention in your website that try to reserve parking days before, i didn't missed two first part of program, When I arrived there, the P+R parking had space but they only allowed to people that they reserved before, i took me 2 hours and half to find a parking location in another city close to anwerp and go to the concert. please always mention about the parking possibilities, at least mention the audience should try to reserve it days before.

Useless app and website!!

Do NOT book any tickets via Ticketmaster!! I booked a ticket for the Ed Sheeran concert in Antwerp. I am Italian and I use an Italian phone. No problem with purchasing the ticket, too bad the "Belgian" (???) app is not available on my phone, so I cannot access my ticket. Tickets also cannot be downloaded via the website nor added to a phone wallet, or received via email... Nothing. Zip. Nada. There is no alternative whatsoever. There is also no customer support phone number to receive assistance. You can only fill in a contact form. This is a SCAM.
Updates: I requested assistance via the website and, after an initial, perfectly useless automated response, somebody uploaded my ticket on the website so that I can access it without downloading the app. It remains and incredibly stressing and upsetting experience!

Very poorly organized

Went to Waterloo 210th Battle Anniversary. Very poorly organized! Parking not indicated properly, shuttle service inadequate (had to wait 1 hour and let 2 full shuttles pass even though we were of the first in line for the 1st shuttle!!!) and missed several attractions because of this. Food stands were too few which resulted in very large queues. Reenactment show was very haphazard and did not show the actual strategical manoeuvers. Comment in French was much more elaborate than in the other languages! We were very disappointed!

It was awful

It was awful, why there was no air conditioning there? why no doors were open to change the air in the salon . I literally didn't enjoy the show only because of the hot air . It was boiling!!!!

Euro festivals rule!!

After going to festivals in the UK for the last 35+ years I am now a convert to European festivals.
Clean. Fantastic food you actually want to eat. Fantastic options for drinks (Though no “Jack” due to Trumps tariffs. I had showers and flush toilets throughout the site. Well run and amazing value for money.

Another excellent concert ruined by smartphones

The ticket service was fine. But the concert itself was (once more) unenjoyable due to the non-stop disruptive smartphone photography and filming during the performance.
When will we finally introduce a courtesy 'code of conduct' during concerts? That is a simple request to the audience to limit smartphone recordings to only the first 2 songs or the first 10 minutes of each concert? And after that just enjoy in 'total deconnection' please? Then the real music lovers might also have some concert pleasure?
PS The act happens on stage, not on your lcd screen
