Ticketmaster is incredibly frustrating when you have an issue or question and cannot resolve it through their online methods.
I purchased a concert ticket and a parking pass for the event as a gift for my parents and spent hours trying to get in contact with someone to confirm what they needed to use the parking pass, I eventually got assistance a few days before the event only for the parking to be cancelled anyway due to the weather. It was a very frustrating experience.

The show was amazing. So funny. The cast were awesome.

Tried to sell ticket on Tixel, but Ticketmaster app wouldnt let me send. Kept getting error message. Frustrating!

An unplanned visit to Sydney meant a night at the theatre. Anastasia proved to be an excellent choice. Although unknown to me, I left humming many of the themes. What a superb cast, old and new! some of the best voices I've heard for quite a while in one production. Wonderfully visual! I couldn't recommend this production more highly!

Luke Heggie is a very funny guy. The Tivoli is a great venue for comedy. Will come back for more.

It was a wonderful story & the cast were amazing in the parts they had.
A memorable experience. Plus a wonderful birthday present from my sister.
Booking process was extremely easy, location was great from parking, to enjoying lunch & then the show.
Staff were very friendly, polite & helpful.

To be honest we missed the show. Very sad and disappointed.
I remember when I first looked for tickets shows were at Palis theatre St.Kilda. obviously the night I booked show was at Athenium. Missed it so so disappointed 😞

Saw the Waterboys at The Tivoli. Concert itself was great. If the performer or band has 50+ year old fans please provide seating. Most of the audience were over 60 & we find it very difficult to stand for over 3 hours!
