Gate numbers

It was good except I would think a gate number on the ticket would’ve been good or something that says any gate usable.

10000 Room

The staff were extremely inexperienced and I knowledgeable.
The food was mediocre at best for the cost.
Water wasn’t offered. Champagne glass was filthy. Plates and serviettes were never offered and we needed to repeatedly ask for these.

I had insurance for the performance as…The Waterboys

I had insurance for the performance as l have cancer.l booked it in November hoping that I would be ok to go and it was something to look forward to after radiation therapy.
Unfortunately I wasn’t well enough to go and I tried to get a refund, but the of the insurance expectation of documentation was something I couldn’t provide because I won’t see my Doctor until the 20/5/25,which is too late to make a claim.
This should change.

Impossible communication

Impossible (from/in Sydney) to change tickets/get refund when Swans AFL PRIDE game cancelled.
Phone number 1800 100 030 does not work
Website “communication” also does not work (“it” wants American address detail or “it” won’t submit)

Location

Easy booking system. Whilst I really enjoyed the show, the seating is too cramped, and very uncomfortable.

Ticket retrieval unexpectedly slow

Mostly good, but retrieving tickets takes an unexpectedly long time, just when you don't want to be stressed. Maybe due to the dynamic barcode generation, and perhaps it needs a "generating" progress symbol. Otherwise good.

Fantastic night and concert and was one…

Fantastic night and concert and was one of the best I’ve seen. Guy managed to get everyone up on their feet and dancing which has never happened at any of the concerts I’ve seen and he blew me away when he came down into the audience I just wish he’d sang Angels Brought Me Here as that’s the song we got married to and was our journey but all in all fabulous

Ignoring disabled customers

Tried 3 times to book tickets through their disabled telephone line after failing to get tickets online each call took 30-40 minutes before I got through
First call: I arranged tickets but the line dropped out as I was about to pay - no call back which I had requested if this happened
Tried calling twice again - each time after waiting 30 - 40 minutes my call calls went to survey or dropped out.
Tried calling again the next day message just said to call back later.
