Poor Customer Service - No Response About Order Cancellation

I purchased tickets for Beyoncé's concert on Feb 11, but shortly after, I found better seats for the concert on Feb 12. I reached out to Ticketmaster to request a cancellation of my initial order.

Unfortunately, despite several attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response or guidance on how to proceed. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a company as well-known and trusted as Ticketmaster.

I kindly ask Ticketmaster to address this issue and assist me with the cancellation of my order number 333998810.

I had been waiting for 5 hours

I had been waiting for 5 hours on the website for the artist presale (beyoncé cowboy carter) and the link stopped working 10 minutes before it opened. It happened to everybody and apparently it wasn’t the first time and it had happened for other concerts too. This bug might’ve cost me my chance to attend the concert.

The sale was horrible

The sale was horrible! Every ticket I chose was "sold out" or the quantity was not available anymore.
Every new ticket I choose I needed to verify that I was a human. After verifying the tickets were gone.

Finally I had 2 tickets for Beyonce and then Ticketmaster logged me out (I was logged in, in advance). Tried to log in and nothing happend. We had 10 minutes to finish the payment in the last 8 seconds left I finally logged in.

This is so stressfull... Not a good sale experience, actually worst!

Ticketmaster FR is not on the iOS app…

Ticketmaster FR is not on the iOS app for whatever reason so how am I supposed to get my digital ticket ?

This should not be a problem considering how cheap and easy it has gotten to develop these platforms . Totally unnecessary and unacceptable.

I could not see the seats until they…

I could not see the seats until they were in my cart and being processed. The connection was slow and buttons did not open quickly which was stressful given the time limits for checking out. Looking forward to the concert and hope to have a better experience in person.

I need to cancel my purchase

I’m trying to contact Ticketmaster France, I made a mistake and bought wrong tickets today. I need to cancel them, but in France they don’t have chat or telephone number to call. I already sent 2 forms and I’m waiting for the solution. I hope I have some answer soon

Worst pre-sale ever

Worst pre-sale ever. They bump up the prices with dynamic pricing TO UNREASONABLE NUMBERS. This should be ILLEGAL and Ticketmaster shoud PAY FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Platinum tickets...

As a first time customer I got so confused with their website and clicked on those stupid platinum tickets that are stupidly overpriced and for what?

I sent their support a ticket asking whether I can exchange them, if they help me in any way, going to change the review.

The way the tickets were organized and…

The way the tickets were organized and displayed was quite confusing. When I clicked the option to pay with a credit card, it redirected me to the main page, so I had to go through the whole process again. Luckily, the tickets were still available.
