Poor Customer Service - No Response About Order Cancellation
I purchased tickets for Beyoncé's concert on Feb 11, but shortly after, I found better seats for the concert on Feb 12. I reached out to Ticketmaster to request a cancellation of my initial order.
Unfortunately, despite several attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response or guidance on how to proceed. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a company as well-known and trusted as Ticketmaster.

I had been waiting for 5 hours
I had been waiting for 5 hours on the website for the artist presale (beyoncé cowboy carter) and the link stopped working 10 minutes before it opened. It happened to everybody and apparently it wasn’t the first time and it had happened for other concerts too. This bug might’ve cost me my chance to attend the concert.

The sale was horrible
The sale was horrible! Every ticket I chose was "sold out" or the quantity was not available anymore.
Every new ticket I choose I needed to verify that I was a human. After verifying the tickets were gone.
Finally I had 2 tickets for Beyonce and then Ticketmaster logged me out (I was logged in, in advance). Tried to log in and nothing happend. We had 10 minutes to finish the payment in the last 8 seconds left I finally logged in.
This is so stressfull... Not a good sale experience, actually worst!

I could not see the seats until they were in my cart and being processed. The connection was slow and buttons did not open quickly which was stressful given the time limits for checking out. Looking forward to the concert and hope to have a better experience in person.
