Excellent experience, but poor service from Ticketmaster

Excellent experience as expected from a Metallica concert. However, very poor information from Ticketmaster, as the tickets said "Metallica at 5:00 pm", but we had no clue on when they due to get on stage and/or which bands would open. We had to look that up online, only to find out, from Virgin, that Metallica were only due at 9:00! Very poor post-order information from our ticket provider.

The audience

How is it possible in a metallica concert no one was headbanging, jumping or doing mosh pits. Why where the security instructed to stop anyone if they had someone on their shoulders. This is just ridiculous. If itallians want to act like they are going to a classical concert create zones for metal fans and for the rest. It was an H&M Metallica fashion show not a concert.

We had to cancel our trip to Milan for…

We had to cancel our trip to Milan for Metallica's concert due to health reasons and we couldn't get a refund of our tickets even though we had plenty of time to do so. I think you should change your policy and give your customers the choice to cancel and take their money back.... We lost 4 tickets that costed around 400€... I don't think I would book again with your company 👎

tate was amazing, love her sm

it was great overall, fun; unfortunatelly inside Fabrique it's very hot and one (or two girls didnt see exactly cause it all happened so fast) started to feel unwell while Tate sang You Broke Me First.. she was an angel tho, she saw somebody collapsed and immediately stopped singing, then she signalled the security to come help; she also advised us to stay hydrated 🥰
some better ventillation system wouldnt hurt you guys, but at least it s good they handed some water bottles to the front rows :-?

Customer service helped me regain access

I lost my SIM card during a holiday and wasn't aware at all that I'd get an OTP code there.

Customer support (Teresa) helped me regain the access to my account.

After confirming my details, she was very fast to provide me a valid OTP code and helped me setup a new mobile phone in my profile.

I've been to Simple Minds gigs before…

I've been to Simple Minds gigs before but never have I ever seen floor used for chairs and people forced to seat. Awful castration of rock and roll.

Band was great as usual.

Concerto di Liam Gallagher e John Squire

Visto il concerto di Liam Gallagher e John Squire al Fabrique. Buon concerto, peccato solo per la breve durata. Il luogo è stato semplice da raggiungere in auto e altrettanto è stato per il parcheggio. Sicuramente un'esperienza positiva. Unica nota negativa che mi sento di segnalare, la maleducazione del personale della sicurezza all'uscita.

Never buy Early Entrance tickets!

We bought Early Entrance tickets for 120% higher price to end up standing next to people paid normal entrance price. This was a ripoff action we will NEVER do again! Only Depeche Mode delivered with 2 hours concert. But not the Ticketmaster!
