Never got Foo Fighters Milan I-DAYS refund!

I came here to leave a review and notice that it's not only me with this problem...
I asked for a refund for Foo Fighters Milan I-DAYS.
They contacted me and told me that my IBAN is wrong (that is the first time somebody told me that). Then I provide them with scan documents from two banks that showed the IBAN and told them if they have a problem I can provide them with PayPal.
And they never did anything after that. I still wait for my money, I send them two more emails and they never answered.
Update: They contacted me and asked me to provide PayPal. After that they send on my bank account (they were saying that they can't send on my bank account all the time). I got 150 euro ( i paid 185), they said it was because of the fees.
I will add 2 stars only because I got most of the money, but the respose was slow and at some moments looked scammy.

Very helpful people.

Very helpful people.
I had a problem with the courier not delivering my ticket.
I contacted ticketmaster and explained the situation. Responses were immediate and competent. They quickly sent me tickets again to a different address. They monitored the case until the end, until I had tickets in my hand. Thanks a lot!

Still waiting for refund!

When will my monies be refunded as promised for my Foo Fighter tickets please ? I’ve filled in everything asked for in any possible combination to make sure the information you have is correct and still I am waiting and no refund. When will I get it into my account , please don’t say ‘in a few weeks’ as that hasn’t happened many times already. .
Please Ticketmaster respond to my email conversation and let me know when my monies will be refunded to my bank and stop all this pain ☹️.

Impossibile acquistare i biglietti per i Coldplay dopo aver fatto 30 minuti di fila online. Ma cavolo investite qualcosa sul sito e che cazz. Dice The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection rejection (TCP Reset).

Our tickets were booked in 2021 from…

Our tickets were booked in 2021 from the UK and then the dates were changed. We had a call from Italy to advise of the change of date & new tickets were issued. We then had a 2nd call to apologise that the seats numbers were different and did we mind ! This was amazing service and we did not mind but thank you for asking

5 months and counting for a refund on a cancelled show

I have been trying to get a refund for 5 months from Ticketmaster Italia on the Aerosmith show that was supposed to happen in June in Milan.
The customer service form/email is useless as they do not respond to you and there is no phone number disclosed anywhere "in order to better keep track of request".
Overall, a hugely disappointing experience.
EDIT: For Christine if you read this and are located in the US, I have read that people have received their refund after filing a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully it will be helpful.
UPDATE: Ticketmaster finally responded to the emails letting me know the reinbursement will only be "analysed" after the 31st of August (original deadline submission being 10th of July). It's absurd to wait 9 months for a reinbursement, since the submission deadline should have nothing to do with processing requests (especially since I submitted mine in January). Again, another very disappointing interaction that lead to no conclusion.
UPDATE 2: It's the end of July and still no refund has been issued. I have even tried contacting them through the Oniline Dispute Resolution mechanism for EU consumers but of course they did not even bother replying there. I seriously advise everyone to get in contact with their national contact point from ECC and get legal advice from them on how to move forward. Best course of option seems the European Order for Payment/ Europen Small Claims Court as they clearly do not care one bit about customers or their rights. The audacity to note that Trustpilot is not their official contact point and tell people to use the form, when they don't respond there, is unbelievable. I also advise everyone to ask their ECC contact point about interest percentage and claim after so many months of refusing to reimburse customers.

I have not received any information…No info Foo Fighters Refund

I have not received any information about a refund from Ticketmaster Italia regarding the refund for the Foo Fighters Milan. There is NOTHING to assist. NOTHING. My original method of payment has since changed. Has anyone any tip on how to get assistance to ensure I receive my refund.

Frustrating

Impossible to talk to. Replies non-existent. All I want is confirmation that the refund which I hope will eventually be issued for our Foo Fighters tickets is not issued to the card we paid with 3 years ago as that card no longer exists....
