Very helpful customer support

I had a problem with a transaction (I sold a ticket on FanSale and I didn't receive the money for 3+ weeks), so I contacted their customer support. In the space of a week we exchanged emails and their responses were prompt and helpful.

It turned out than my bank was at fault, and I managed to resolve the situation with their help. They were very gracious and supportive, even when I got slightly angry about the situation.

Unable to purchase tickets

I am trying again and again to purchase tickets to Pompeii, but in the final personalisation of tickets, everything is fine and all the brackets are green, but then whet I want to proceed to payment, the send me an error, that the details are wrong. There is no notion of what could possibly be wrong so i tried adding and deleting special characters, writing everything again, switching first name and surname, deleting all possible error making things (blank spaces in my name and so on), still nothing. How do I buy the tickets then?

Great customer service

SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Blown away by the excellent customer service support. I had problems registering on the platform. Sent an email. Got an email response asking for a telephone number and more details. Within 5 mins I got a call,(I am in another country and do not speak Italian), and the person calmly took me through the process and viola, I am now registered on the platform and am able to purchase tickets.

Great customer service!

I was trying to book tickets for the Italian Open tennis tournament and the official website has the country code for the Philippines wrong, which means I can't receive the authentication code. I tried the website of Ticketone and even though there was no error message, I was still not receiving the code which was becoming frustrating. The reason for the five stars is the customer service. I'm from the Philippines and one of their employees had to call me to give me the code. He had to call me several times because the call keep getting disconnected. I appreciate it when a company doesn't stop until the customer's issue is resolved. A massive thank you to that guy who called me and was very patient with my situation.

Refund for undelivered tickets

I have a very bad expirience. On 15.11.24 I tried to make a purchase of three tickets to the concert. First transaction (order 1257259965) was failed, but my credit card was charged via Paypal for 316,62 EUR . The second order 1257232401 went through, and another 316,62 EUR were paid, I received my tickets. So far, I was double charged.
On the same day 15.11.24 Tcketone confirmed that the first deal was not succesful and wrote "The attempt made, however, generated a request for debit authorization which reduces the limit of the credit card used by this amount. This reduction in your credit limit does not produce any real charges from TicketOne, you will see the correct update on your next credit".
I was waiting for a month, but my credit card was debited.
Then the nightmare started. I send several complains through Ticketone website. They have responded formally, nobody went to the point.
At the moment I do not have any solution and refund.
As as user I can only file through the company website. There is no way to trace the history of the communication with the Customer service. Everytime I receive a formal answer. I have five different messages from the Customer servise, but nobody checked the billing and answered about refund.
I am really frustrated.

Update.
As of 08.01.2025 I have got a refund confirmation via Paypal communication link. An ordinaty case took almost two months. I hope, Ticketone will improve its customer support platform.

Lack of empathy and action

I found that I accidentally chose the wrong entry time for Wonderland in Rome. I asked if this could me moved and it should have been easy as there was plenty of availability at the chosen time, but all they did it was confirming that I booked for 5pm instead of 4 pm. Not the best of the customer services.
