Terrible Experience and advise never to use.

Terrible Experience. Bocelli concert in Rome was booked for over 3.5 years - due to covid postponements. We spent thousands to visit Rome to attend the Bocelli concert only to arrive to pick tickets up and be told I had been sent a voucher and did not have the gold tickets I paid for ......

AFTER having numerous conversations and email proof confirming our tickets were still valid as well as logging onto my account which showed the tickets - I made absolutely sure before booking and paying for and arranging hotels, flights etc. as we were travelling from the UK. This turned out not to matter on the night when we tried to pick up our tickets. This was a special anniversary trip and event ruined by misinformation and complete mismanagement by TicketOne. You have been warned - do not use!

I've been trying for over an hour to create an account and that stupid website won't send me a confirmation code. I'm really tired and mad!!!! I'm definitely not recommending Ticketone. Stay away!!!!

Absolute garbage when it comes to UX…

How about fixing your site? Instead of sending us to your help page. Absolute garbage when it comes to UX for e-commerce. An enormous amount of distractions removing buyer's intent pop-up or ads; not available in other languages or English so the cut & paste to translator takes forever; the countless fails with the input of Codeci Ficale made us source a box office shop to buy hard copies; coupled with a short countdown clock. Your platform leaves any foreign hopefuls who have lots of money behind! These shows should be sold out in a day, but with your painful system turn away buyers, and the entertainment sales take weeks and weeks. Bad business through and through. Wasted hours trying to buy tickets when it should have taken minutes. Your design team should be fired! As an e-commerce CMO, my words are of knowledge. Your design team's work is Bloody awful!

My feedback:
I do not recommend booking with TicketOne:
- their booking forms don't always work and it's easy to make mistakes
- if you make a mistake their customer service are not helpful. lots of reasons why they won’t refund you.
- their insurance (which defaults on your purchase) is of little use for the things you actually want… lots of exclusions!
- overall a very bad experience, TicketOne is not a customer centric company...they want your money! and don't support the customer when they need help. I would avoid. regards

This company should be shamed and shutdown. I purchased a ticket to Andrea Bocelli in Rome before COvid. It was resheduled to 10th June 2023. I was hoping to get there but because of personal reasons a cant get there from Australia. I purchased a gold package row 3 for 600 euros. They will not help me they just keep saying to read FQ page. I cant sell it , I cant refund, I cant do anything. How do I call them from Australia. You should be ashamed of company TICKETONE !!!

1£ a minute to talk to the operators and they didn’t even know their job.
Webstite crashes all the time as soon many pp enter the website for trendy events tickets.

It worked well for me..

I ordered the ticket online for concert in Italy in September 2023 (Andre Bocelli). Paid securely by CC. Received booking confirmation email and dispatch email. Tickets delivered by DHL and in my hands in UK within 8 days. It worked well for me!

Tickets to Pompeii

Yesterday I bought 4 tickets to visit Pompeii. I did not realize until later that I checked a wrong box for tickets delivery and paid an extra 29 euros for the "physical" delivery to the USA instead of "print at home" PDF version. Surprisingly, you are not able to print out the ticket from your account, just an invoice which you can not use to access the museum, though it clearly states the date of the visit, the number of the tickets and the price (101 euros).
Ok, it was my fault and I kindly ask them to only send me a PDF version since the ticket will be delivered in a month (!) when our trip to Italy will be over. They replied that it is not possible to change the way of delivery. It is not possible to print the tickets from your account either. It looks like they have created the "physical" post office ticket delivery on purpose and have listed it in the first place since people mechanically check these boxes. Unbelievable...
I would never buy anything from them again, but unfortunately it is the only official website to buy tickets to the world-famous museums.
What a shame, mother Italy!

AWFUL TERRIBLE WEBSITE I WAS UNABLE TO BUY MY TICKET AND AFTER 2 HOURS OF TRYING IT STILL HAS NOT WORKED I AM NOW EMOTIONALLY STRESSED, BOOKED MY FLIGHTS ALREADY WITH MY KIDS EXCITED TO SEE THE ARTIST JUST FOR THIS WEBSITE TO RUIN OUR ENTIRE HOLIDAY,

KIDS ARE CRYING AND NOT HAPPY. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS WEBSITE. RATHER GO THROUGH 5 MONTHS OF INTENSIVE CARE AGAIN AFTER MY CAR ACCIDENT THAN USE THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN. I bought the Fidelity card on purpose…

I bought the Fidelity card on purpose to see Napoli game. I was more than 4 hours in online queue and when was my turn, the phone number that ticket one gave me didn't work and I couldn't buy the tickets.
I spent more than 40 euros on a card that in the end it was worthless.
I spent my time from the beginning trying to solve the problem of the service not accept mobile numbers from outside Italy.
They gave me the solution of their phone number and I believed. Now I don't have ticket and spent more than 40 euros in a useless card.

I hope they change their useless service. They ruin my travel.

Insurance Scams

TicketOne push ticket insurance on you, allow you to purchase it making out you can cancel if you have any “problems at home or the flu”, however when you look at the actual requirements to get a refund once you’ve purchased you have to be near on dead to get your money back.

Also it let me purchase this being a resident of the UK but when you look in the small print they state you have to reside in Italy. Why purposely Mis sell this product when you know it’s not even applicable to me?

I stated this and they refuse to refund. Customer services are very rude and just reply with robotic replies and links rather than address the issue

Missing email verification

The website does not have any sort of email verification. If you write in the wrong email address by accident and purchase tickets, your PERSONAL INFORMATION is sent over email to a different person as well as the actual tickets. Support was not useful at all and did not cancel the tickets. This whole thing could have been easily prevented if the website had an email verification process or at least a requirement to put in the email address twice.

Rescheduled ticket that cannot be cancelled

I have purchased tickets last year for a performance that got postponed to 2023. When they announced the new date gave a deadline for any cancellation that is about a month before the performance. I learnt after this date that we cannot make it to Milan in that weekend. There is no way to get reimbursed for the ticket prices. I lost once the weekend planned there last year and not the prices of the tickets. They cancel and they decide what can be reimbursed what not. Very bad approach

TicketOne asking for WAY too much personal information!

Trying to book tix for Borghese gallery. Very invasive form, asking for male/female, Mr/Ms, birthdate, home address, and tax codes, to book EU14.00 tickets! You need an email address and a credit card for this! Why does a ticket seller demand all this private information? We’re going to a museum for two hours, not applying for freakin’ Galactic citizenship!

Bit confusing but resolved after a few emails and using google translate

Reading other reviews I think it must be hit or miss on who picks up your issue at customer services, their website is in Italian and I mistakenly booked tickets for an U20 rugby game instead of the senior game, I booked the correct tickets and contacted them to ask that they refund the U20 ones as it was in a completely different city, and we wouldn't be able to attend, initially I got a confusing response (and to be honest, it would have been a 1 star review if that had been the end of it), but after a few more emails (and using google translate) they said that they would process the refund - so good luck Italy against England, I hope you beat them (but not so much good luck against Ireland! ;-) )!
