Very bad service. I ordered a ticket Vancouver-Regina but it didnt go through and they didnt provide a good explenation. Also the agent does grammatical errors and doesnt know how to spell words and build sentenses
I bought a ticket for my gf and they asked for a licence but didnt state whos card needed ( in the email they were talking to my gf ).We assumed they were asking for her licence and we sent it to them and two days before the flight they canceled and said that they needed copy of my licence(not my gf) and copy of my credit card(but they actually didnt ask for that) the card isnt valid and that i cant buy a ticket for somebody as it's a 3rd party card.
Then I called them and now they want me to buy a ticket $100 more expensive and one week later.
I wasted 2 days of my vacation to solve this problem and now my girlfriend is going to miss work for a week as the next cheap ticket is next weekend and they caused her a lot of stress and dipression bacause of that BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SOLVED. Im not going to deal with them ever again !!!!!!!

Ticketpilot (.ca) is a ticket travel agency from Ontario. Good small business with good service. I booked with them many tickets and never had any issues. Moreover, I was contacted by their reps when there was a significant change to my ticket (done by an airline) and they helped with making adjustments if needed or just informed to be aware of the new schedule.
Most of the times they have the best pricing (but not always). You can trust this brand 100%.
The only little hassle is if you try to buy a ticket for someone else. the will contact you for verification purposes.
