I had no problem paying for my order
Ticketpolice was very effective when it came to not only placing my order, but receiving my order also. I placed my order over the phone for jason Aldean tickets, and the service agent was very helpful. The woman provided me with all of the information for the event, and he answered all of the questions I had about payment and the location of my seats . Therefore, I had no problem paying for my order, and I received my tickets way in advance before the game .. I will definitely get my tickets from there again!

You really made an effort
Thank you Ticketpolice for making my first ticket online purchase successful. I was a little worried at first because once again I never ordered tickets online, I bought tickets in Sec 202 row 3 for Paul Mccartney at Wrigley Field. The staff really made an effort to resolve the issues I had with shipping, and in the end, I did get my tickets before the show, and my shipping costs were refunded. So overall, good service."

It was much easier than other ticket sites
Thanks for making our 1st experience with Ticketpolice a huge success. I love the fact that you can view the seating chart at the same time and view what is available. It was much easier than other ticket sites. I did not get my confirmation and I called and spoke to the man on the phone and he was helpful. He gave me the tracking number to my tickets.Vert eager to help.
