The process to get tickets was seamless…
The process to get tickets was seamless and only took a few minutes. I took down two stars because I didn’t get to see exactly which seats were available or even told which seats we would have after I completed my purchase. I was simply told my seats would be together. It is helpful to have those details.

I purchased tickets through Ticket Centee
I purchased tickets through Ticket Center. The concert is tomorrow. I received text messages that they are sending my tix via email, yet none have arrived…not in SPAM or any other folders. Online help is useless AI…no human representative. The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid this Company!

So disappointed with my experience. Turns out the seats they chose (not able to choose own) are somewhat obstructed view. And they are not refundable. Will never use this site again.
